Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Orders will be packed and shipped on a first come first serve basis within 1 to 5 business days using USPS or UPS. Large or heavy orders will be sent via freight. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point.
PACKAGE DELIVERY
Once merchandise leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility to safely deliver your purchase. Should there be an issue with damaged merchandise, we will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Please see the “Damaged, Defective, or incorrect Merchandise" section for further details.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. Our products are well-packaged to withstand shipping damage; in the unlikely event there is damage, please be sure to take photos showing the issue along with the shipping label. For any issues including damaged products, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact us at 706-782-6722 or email us at brhcorders@gmail.com. We will make every effort to help you obtain a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we hope you are satisfied and enjoy your purchase, we understand that shopping online can occasionally be a challenge. For that reason, we offer a 30 day return policy. Please note that after 30 days your purchase becomes a final sale, and we cannot offer a refund.
Food items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless incorrect, damaged, or defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in “like new” condition, the same way you received it. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please email brhcorders@gmail.com or call 706 782 6722 to start the return process.
Once authorized, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless you received a damaged order or incorrect merchandise...see above). We strongly suggest adding insurance, otherwise you are responsible for the cost of lost or damaged goods being returned. A refund will be issued the same way it was processed. This may take up to 7 to 10 business days once your return reaches our facilities.
CANCELLATIONS
If orders are cancelled after shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the order for a refund or exchange.
PRICING
Although we do our best to hold prices steady through the year, prices are subject to change without notice.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is backordered customers will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone and given the choice whether to ship in stock items ahead of backordered items, hold order until complete, or cancel back-ordered items. Charges and shipping will only be applied to items that have shipped.
