Floating Sunflower w/ Bee Mold

This flexible rubber mold makes it easy to create candles with clean edges and fine detail. Candles release smoothly once set and hold their shape well.

The finished candle uses about 2 oz (56 g) of wax and is designed for use with a 4/0 wick (can be used with a 2/0). For easier candle release, a light application of mold release spray can be helpful (see mold release options).

When made with beeswax (view our beeswax options), a candle of this size can have an estimated burn time of 8–10 hours per ounce of beeswax used. Beeswax candles are also known to burn up to three times longer than paraffin candles, depending on wick choice and burn conditions.

These molds are made from durable, polyurethane-based rubber and should not be exposed to direct heat or used in an oven. They are manufactured in the USA and are suitable for both new and experienced candle makers.
