Once booked, planned pickup dates are not interchangeable. However, although very rare, spring weather patterns may affect pickup dates from our side. If your date changes, we will provide appropriate notice to reschedule. Otherwise, we will provide a reminder phone call approximately one week ahead to confirm your original selected date. All bee purchases are the customer's responsibility upon pickup and receive no further guarantee from BRHC.
